We retain your booking data for a maximum of 2 years after your tour date, after which it is permanently deleted.

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour or transfer.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount.
• Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Since payment is in cash, refunds are handled directly with your guide.
